Class Description
D. Stafford & Associates offers a 4-hour Title VI Investigator Class: Investigating Race, Color and/or National Origin Discrimination. This class is designed to provide an understanding of an institution’s responsibilities for investigating allegations of discrimination on the basis of race, color or national origin.
This comprehensive four-hour course is designed for higher education practitioners responsible for investigating complaints of race, color, and national origin discrimination on campus. Gain an in-depth understanding of the legal frameworks, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and best practices for conducting thorough and impartial investigations.

Who Should Attend
This class is appropriate for campus officials who are responsible for investigating allegations of discrimination on the basis of race, color and/or national origin.
Certification
Attendees of this class will receive a certificate of completion from D. Stafford & Associates. Certification verifies attendance at this class and can serve as an institution’s documentation that the attendee has received Title VI Investigator training.
Faculty
This training program will feature expert faculty who serve or have served as practitioners on college and university campuses and have significant experience and expertise in investigating Title VI allegations.

This class is a 4-hour class (with time built in for breaks).
